How can I manage my subscription?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to register your Puzzle of the Month Club subscriber account. Once you have done this, you can log in on our website and manage your subscription details directly.

Accounts aren't necessary to purchase a subscription, but we strongly recommend all our customers create an account in order to view and edit subscription information.

What types of puzzle designs will I receive?

Our puzzles will feature contemporary art designs, with themes ranging from abstract patterns, to animals and people, to landscapes/cityscapes. The design of the upcoming month's puzzle isn't shared in advance, so that it can be an exciting surprise for all of our subscribers. What we can tell you is that our talented team of designers work hard to make sure that each puzzle is a high quality piece of art.

Will I get to select the design I want each month?

The design on each month's puzzle is the same for all subscribers, so there won't be options for you to choose from. We don't share the design in advance so that you can be surprised each month, but don't worry! Our design team is incredibly talent and crafts each puzzle with design and quality in mind, making sure that each month's design is something all of our subscribers will love.

For gifts, what contact info should I use to register my account?

We suggest that you use your own contact information to register an account, even if the subscription is for someone else. Your subscription account gives you access to important buyer information such as payment details, subscription renewal or cancellation, etc. You are welcome to register the account with your recipients' information, however, your ability to view and make changes to the subscription online may be limited. It is also important to note that if you register the account with your recipients' contact information, they will be notified of the purchase immediately via email.

I provided the wrong delivery information- how do I correct it?

After purchasing a Puzzle Club subscription, you'll be sent an email containing a link to register your account on our website. Once your account is created, you can go into your Manage Subscriptions tab and correct your shipping information.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! If you have a monthly subscription and need to take a short break, no sweat. You can skip a month whenever you'd like, directly from your subscription account portal. If you purchased a prepaid subscription and need to pause for a month or two, contact us and we'll be more than happy to put the subscription on hold until you're ready to start receiving your shipments again.

When will my puzzles be delivered?

If you placed an order before 5/20, your first shipment will be shipped the last week of May. All future  shipments will be shipped the second week of the month. Expected delivery dates vary based on location. Feel free to send us an email if you would like to check on the delivery status of your order!

*If you have a monthly subscription, the card on file for your account will be charged on the 15th of each month. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE in the contingent U.S., so you won't need to worry about additional fees being added on each month. We do offer international shipping, so you can become a Puzzle Club subscriber no matter where you are in the world! International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship all throughout the U.S, as well as internationally! Domestic shipping is entirely free, while international shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total cost at checkout.
